High-temperature furnaces are produced in more
variants. Standard constructions with doors from the front are intended in particular
for ceramic and glass laboratories and semi-production plants. They are also suitable for
heat treatment of metals.
For the elevator version (loading material from below) are intended for the melting and heat treatment of glass and
ceramics. Furnaces of this design bring compared to standard ones
high-temperature furnaces with doors have many advantages. It is considerably more homogeneous
temperature field and especially easy and safe handling of the melt or
samples even at high temperatures. They can be equipped with protective corundum
cylinder, which prevents corrosion of the heating loops and significantly increases their
lifespan.
The basis of the ovens is a lattice construction frame. They are used in furnaces
high-temperature plates made of fibrous ceramics by RATH for temperatures up to 1800°C and
superkanthal heating elements up to 1900°C. It is located in the lower part of the frame
programmable controller CLARE 4, transformer, thyristor power supply
unit and for elevator furnaces an electric lifting drive.
Furnaces can be equipped with a chimney for gas extraction, a mechanism for insertion
thermocouple into the melt, or other accessories according to requirements
customer.
Furnaces can also be supplied in a vacuum version. Furnaces are manufactured
piecewise, technical parameters are determined by agreement with the customer.
